Church as we know it is going to change

Francis Frangipane said, “True humility is, ‘I now see myself as a servant to others not one above them.'” This type of thinking needs to be cultural. If we truly believe this our sacred cows much go! True servants to this vision must surrender what they want from people and must cooperate with what God wants in others. Being otherly or Fatherly is apostolic not ownership. It is multiple not singular. It’s about release not control. It’s messy, not clean. A realignment of the Kingdom of God and his church is near. Church as we know it is going to change. The Priesthood of the Believers is going to rise up and become who they were made to be in the next season. The new wine will flow through new churches that embrace and model release and freedom (2 Cor. 3:17), while the old will model the opposite. This titanic shift values the participation of all, (1 Cor. 14:26). It will (happily) release its people to partner with others and birth Third Day Churches and ministries in the marketplace that go out to a hurting world with mercy and grace rather than expect the other way around. The Old wine is passionless. The New wine is passionate. The Old is an audience. The New is a army and it won’t be held back. As Ted Turner once said, “Now Lead, follow or get out of the way.” This train is moving and there is nothing that can stop it!
